When placing an order, make sure that you ask about their shoe sizes. It appears to me that their sizes run about two sizes bigger than the American shoe size.

It was very interesting watching these boots move from China across the Atlantic to NYC....once they arrived Stateside, it was just a matter of days for delivery. The boots are super stylish! I was always very, very impressed with the packaging. It was sealed very professionally & each boot arrives in its own carrying bag. I am quite pleased overall from start 2 finish!

I now own 6 pairs of Leizilei shoes. They are well made, have a LOT of style, and are solid for my feet (with excellent support and comfort). I highly recommend these shoes. Some styles can be pricey (but I think they are worth it) and communication and delivery can be slower than desired.
On one occasion, I had to process a return and it was a bit of a struggle, mainly because this is a Chinese company and there will be a delay in the shipping (and also in their email or text responses/communication, which might be due to the need to translate the messages on their end). I'd like to see them invest a little more in their front line customer service capabilities, however, it's worth noting that the company came through 1000% in the end (All I had to do was be persistent in my follow up and patient as we meandered towards a conclusion). In the end, I am still an extremely satisfied customer and would recommend these shoes (and the company) to others!
